Ground-up rebuild of a fire protection company's entire operations — from a fragile vanilla JS monolith to a production Next.js 16 platform with 161 database models, 102 pages, role-based access across 8 tiers, and AI integrations. Solo-built, end to end.

Developed multi-branch generative models (VAE, GAN) as deep priors for synergistic PET/CT reconstruction. Published in IEEE TRPMS and presented at 4 international conferences. Funded by the French National Research Agency.
