I'm a software engineer and cloud architect with a trajectory that most people don't expect — I started in chemical engineering, moved into data science, earned a Ph.D. in medical image processing in France, and now build enterprise platforms on Google Cloud.
The through line is systems thinking. Whether I'm developing generative models for PET/CT reconstruction or architecting a 161-model operations platform, the work is the same: understand the domain deeply, design for the constraints that actually matter, and ship something that holds up under real use.
I work best on greenfield projects where the problem isn't "add a feature" but "replace the spreadsheet chaos with real software." I've done this solo and as a tech lead, across industries from fire protection to medical imaging to consumer finance.

- Joined a greenfield client engagement and designed the entire cloud architecture solo on GCP — picking the stack, modeling the data, building CI/CD, and shipping every production system end to end.
- Built a unified client-data platform on CloudSQL consolidating CRM, document storage, video, and calendar systems into a single source of truth, replacing 4+ disconnected apps with real-time webhook sync and Pub/Sub pipelines.
- Architected an internal client-pipeline CRM (Flask + SQLAlchemy, 20+ tables, 50+ indexes) with Google DocumentAI for automated classification, multi-layer auth (Cloud Run IAM, IAP, OAuth), and Playwright e2e from day one.
- Shipped a resource allocation engine factoring capacity, leave, meetings, and office closures — collapsing a 1–2 week manual process into instant assignment; migrated from App Engine + Firestore to Cloud Run + CloudSQL with zero downtime.
- Built a document-intelligence pipeline across 22 document types with confidence gating, human-in-the-loop review, and automated cost controls that idle DocumentAI processors daily.
